All funds deposited into a Winlah88 account must come from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. Winlah88 strictly prohibits the use of illegally obtained funds, unauthorised third-party funds, or any money laundering activity through our platform. Winlah88 reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
Winlah88 members may request a withdrawal at any time via the "Withdrawal" page in their account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your last deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Winlah88 reserves the right to carry out standard checks before processing a withdrawal, including identity verification (KYC), review of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements, and a review of account activity to ensure compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals that meet all requirements will be processed within the stated timeframe. Winlah88 will not withhold a legitimate withdrawal without a valid and justifiable reason.
All Winlah88 bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP offers — are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. Those specific terms form part of these Terms and are equally binding. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall apply to that matter.
Most Winlah88 bonuses require members to meet wagering requirements (rollover) before any bonus balance or winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover requirement, bonus validity period, and eligible games are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. As a general example, a 10x rollover requirement means you must wager the bonus amount ten times before a withdrawal can be made.

The outcome of all sports bets is determined based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body. If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to the member's account balance, unless otherwise stated in the specific sport's rules.
In-play betting (during a live match) is available for selected matches. Odds for in-play betting change dynamically as the match progresses. Winlah88 is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of in-play odds caused by technical issues or broadcast latency. In-play bets placed after the relevant event has concluded (for example, after a goal has been scored) may be voided at Winlah88's discretion.
